RETURNS

Customers have a 30-calendar-day window from the date the shipping company marks the order as delivered to initiate returns. All items must be in new/unused condition and must include all original packaging, including the handle plastic wrap. Additionally, all accessories must be included and in new/unused condition. Items not meeting these criteria will incur a 25% restocking fee if not in resalable condition. Items deemed unacceptable will not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, and these costs are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and evaluating the returned items.

Please note that paddles not purchased as brand new are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Such paddles will be clearly marked in their descriptions.

WARRANTY

Spartus paddles come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Please be aware that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., grip wear, scratches, worn edgeguard, fading graphics, chip damage, etc.)
• Abuse and/or negligence
• Impact with objects other than the pickleball
• Purchases made from unauthorized dealers
• Individuals who are not the original purchaser
• Lack of proof of purchase
• Paddles purchased second-hand

Spartus reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@gospartus.com with the following information. We will respond within two business days with further instructions:

• Proof of purchase, including the order number and order date
• Reason for the warranty claim
• Any supporting documentation (e.g., pictures, etc.)
