RETURNS

Customers have a 30-day window, starting from the day the shipping company marks the order as delivered, to initiate returns. All items must be in new and unused condition, complete with all original packaging including the handle plastic wrap. Additionally, all accessories must be included and remain in new and unused condition. Items not meeting these criteria for resale will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and those deemed unacceptable will not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, and these costs are non-refundable. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and evaluating the returned items.

Paddles that were not brand new when purchased are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These paddles will be clearly marked as such in their descriptions.

WARRANTY

Spartus paddles are backed by a 90-day warranty against manufacturer’s defects from the purchase date. Warranties are valid only to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (such as grip wearing out, scratches, worn edgeguard, graphics fading, chip damage, etc.)
• Abuse or negligence
• Hitting objects other than the pickleball
• Purchases from unauthorized dealers
• Individuals who are not the original purchaser
• Lack of proof of purchase
• Paddles purchased in used condition

Spartus reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@gospartus.com with the following information, and we will reach out to you within two business days with further instructions:

• Proof of purchase with order number and order date shown
• Reason for the warranty claim
• Any supporting documentation (e.g., pictures, etc.)
